Kobe Jones @ Docklands

Split the bill tokens – part 2

We went on a Sunday noon and it wasn’t busy so the service that we got was very attentive. As usual, by using the tokens, you must order a main and an entrée/dessert. This time, we opted to order more entrées than dessert.

Nice interior design

Very pleasant environment

We’ve been seated near to the window which allowed us to enjoy the harbour view.

Shall we?

Our Entrée

Sushi plate – Oyster, Salmon, Scallop

Kobe Signature Dishes – Sizzled Sashimi Carpaccio

There were few choices such as salmon, scallop or snapper sashimi. We opted for scallop. It was sizzled with heated olive oil and drizzled with wasabi pepper sauce. Usually I don’t really eat raw stuff but this one was good! Worth to try!

Sushi Rolls – Crunchy Roll

Our Main

Whole Barramundi served crispy with sweet and spicy sauce

Panko Soft Shell Crab served with teriyaki potatoes

Our sharing Dessert

Kanpai Trifle
strawberries freshly cut, marinated in crème de cassis and lemon with a dash of sugar, served with a crunchy sable and marble of vanilla and raspberry sorbet (taken from the menu)

Overall, love the sushi rolls the most, like the ambience which was relaxing and comfy. Nice place to chill from a hectic day. =)
