Since I came here and I already gained weight nearly 5kg. I cant even fit in for most of my pants that I brought from Malaysia. Unbelivable huh??? So, I had planned to go for gym and yoga class to loose weight. Now, I will try to eat some low fat, low carbohydrate, less oily food. It is a pain! Sob Sob...
I remember when I was in Malaysia, I didn't eat much which just 3 meals a day but here I always feel like want to put something into my mouth. Hahahaha...previously I dont really eat fast food like McD, Subway, KFC and etc. Hmmm, I eat a lot of fast food now. One more thing, my breakfast also very yummy, most of the time here I will have bread + egg + bacon + coffee which only cost $4.50 at the coffee shop beside my company. Weekend also I will grab my breakfast from McD or Hungry Jack. Nowadays I really can eat a lot! Well, I have to start to control myself from now on.
Work out, Work out, Work out!!! Hopefully I can loose weight like previous...
