Ma Lai Koh

My dad used to buy this cake for breakfast. When he bought the cake, me and mommy will share with him. I like to eat this cake with some peanut butter on it. It is also delicious with any jam. Ok, now I am going to make this Ma Lai Koh! = )

100g sugar
3 eggs

50ml olive oil
70ml fresh milk

200g flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt

What to do
1)Whisk (a) until light and creamy.
2)Add in (B) and then (C) until well combined.
3)Pour batter into baking pan and steam on high heat for 20 mins or till cooked.

**Note: The Ma Lai Koh came out a bit thick. I think must be the flour too much but still taste not bad. The tastes remind me of the kaya ball that is sold at the Pacific ground floor. I have some kaya with me in my refrigerator so I spreaded some on top of my Ma Lai Koh. Hmmm…taste good! = P
