My dad used to buy this cake for breakfast. When he bought the cake, me and mommy will share with him. I like to eat this cake with some peanut butter on it. It is also delicious with any jam. Ok, now I am going to make this Ma Lai Koh! = )

50ml olive oil70ml fresh milk

1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
What to do
1)Whisk (a) until light and creamy.
2)Add in (B) and then (C) until well combined.
3)Pour batter into baking pan and steam on high heat for 20 mins or till cooked.

**Note: The Ma Lai Koh came out a bit thick. I think must be the flour too much but still taste not bad. The tastes remind me of the kaya ball that is sold at the Pacific ground floor. I have some kaya with me in my refrigerator so I spreaded some on top of my Ma Lai Koh. Hmmm…taste good! = P
