As usual, I went for my grocery shopping in the morning and went for the vaccination that I mentioned yesterday. Injection??? I think most of the people are scare of this, right? Well, me too! I remember when I was young, mommy used to tell me that it wouldn’t be hurt. You will only feel like the ant’s bite. Wahahahah…While the doctor going to inject me, I keep thinking of what mommy had told me. Haha…it’s true. It was only painful less than 3 seconds. It’s done! ^_^
We had our lunch at Shezuan Restaurant again but this time is in the city. Hubby had ordered the lunch set – Spicy Fish with Rice. What about me??? This time I had order spicy noodles – Noodle with Eight Treasure Combination in Soup. Haha…the name sounds cool huh. The Eight Treasure was “Tripe, Duck Gizzard, Shrimp, Ham, Mushroom, Bamboo, Beancurd & Beans”. We also order a plate of Dim Sim – Fried Siu Mai.

Cooking for dinner
Hokkien Char & Bake Potato Tuna
Never try to fry this Hokkien noodle before. I went for my grocery shopping this morning and saw this plain Hokkien noodle and I had come out with this idea. We used to call this noodle as “Hokkien Char” in Penang but I remember when I was studying in KL, they called it as “Dai Lok Min” (in Cantonese). I had also bake some Potato Tuna as side dish. I found this recipe from the newspaper. It is simple, easy and yummy dish. = )
