As you guys know I am now "on diet" so we are not going out for delicious food on the weekend anymore. Hubby needs to have meals and I am running out of idea what to prepare for him. Well, I browsed on the website to look for cooking and baking idea. Most of the time I prepared rice + stir-fry beef or chicken or fried rice + egg. Tonight, I decided to prepare something different which is Lamb Chop with Rice.
2 lamb forequarter chop
1 tsp salt
4-5 pieces of broccoli
2/3 Mix vege
What to do
Sprinkle salt on the lamb and bake for 20mins
Cook the rice as normal. When the rice nearly cook, add in the mix vege and mix well.
This is my another simple meal for hubby. = )
