My First Fitness Session



Oh my goodness!!! I just finished my first fitness session, "BodyPump". BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. It challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls with great music.
I was exhausted after the exercise but it was really fun! I will attend this BodyPump session every week. = ) The fitness center have quite a lot of different exercise classes. I plan to attend the Body Combat session on next Monday. I will let you know the story next week then...
