My Second Fitness Session


Woohoooo...just finished my fitness session - BodyCombat. BodyCombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
This session is not as exhausted compared with BodyPump last week. BodyPump need to carry the barbell but this one is only punching and kicking. So, now every Monday I will go for BodyCombat and Wenesday will go for Bodypump. = ) I will also try other sessions and keep you guys posted!
