Ok, since this year we’ve decided to stay in Melbourne instead of flying back to Malaysia for the celebration, we went to Chinatown to experience the Melbournian CNY culture （年初三）. They have some events going on such as Lion Dance and Dragon parade, Chinese street food stalls, stage performance, Chinese handicrafts and etc.

After strolled around the Chinatown, we settled ourselves at this Malaysian restaurant for our lunch. Hmm… nothing special about the food. It was just ordinary.
The following week (初十一), we’ve been invited by a bunch of Malaysian friends to Glen Waverley for a gathering lunch. Before the lunch, we wandered around to enjoy the lion dance and the dragon parade AGAIN here.
